What does $0 upfront mean?
There is no upfront website build charge. Website Essentials is $99/month and Local Growth is $199/month. Both have a 12-month initial commitment, with monthly billing beginning when your site launches.
What is included in the $99 plan’s SEO/AEO?
We identify core service terms, organize your pages, write useful titles and descriptions, add relevant business information and structured data, and make key customer questions easy to answer. Google and Bing setup, sitemap submission, indexing checks, and a monthly SEO report are included.
What does the extra $100/month buy?
Local Growth supports the audience you want to reach. It adds deeper keyword and competitor research for your target market, a monthly review of search queries and priority terms, and one focused content improvement each month. That could be refining a service page, expanding useful FAQs, or improving internal links and business information. Your report explains the work and the next priority.
Will my site be indexed by Google and Bing?
We handle submission and monitor indexing on both plans, with your account access. We submit your sitemap, check important pages, and investigate reported issues. Each search engine decides which pages to index and when; submission does not guarantee inclusion or a ranking.
Does AEO guarantee that AI tools recommend my business?
No. AEO helps make your business information and answers clear and accessible. AI systems choose their own sources, and recommendations vary by question and platform. We do not promise placement in ChatGPT, Google AI results, or another answer engine.
What does a monthly report include?
Search visibility, clicks, available search terms, indexing status, website activity, tracked inquiries, and an explanation of the results. Local Growth also includes the month’s keyword review, content work, and next priorities. We identify missing or delayed data.
What counts as a small update?
Both plans include up to 20 minutes a month for small text and photo changes. New pages, major redesigns, custom integrations, and larger content projects are quoted separately. Unused minutes do not roll over. We confirm any extra cost before doing the work. The Growth plan’s focused SEO content improvement is in addition to this allowance.
Is branding or advertising included?
The website’s visual design is included. A standalone logo or broader brand identity project is scoped separately. Advertising is optional on either plan; ad spend and any campaign management fees are agreed separately before campaigns start.
Who owns my website?
Your domain, supplied content, and customer data stay yours. Ownership of the original custom website transfers when the initial 12-month commitment is paid. One standard source-file handoff is included at no extra charge; third-party licenses still apply.
Can I leave during the first year?
Yes. You can stop renewal at month 12, or settle the remaining monthly fees to end service early and take your website. After six paid months, that balance is $594 on Essentials or $1,194 on Growth. There is no additional cancellation penalty.
What happens after the first year?
After 12 months, your plan continues month-to-month at the same price with the same services. No new annual commitment. Email us before your next billing date to stop renewal. We give at least 30 days’ notice before a future price change.
