The challenge
MAKE THE NEXT SERVICE CALL EASY.
Good service creates a relationship. Tech Was Here gives homeowners a practical way to return to it: scan the tag on their equipment and request help from the service company that already knows the unit.
The work does not end when the technician leaves. A homeowner may need help months later, when a business card is long gone. The product needed to make that return visit feel obvious, while explaining its value clearly to a busy service-company owner.

Our approach
WHAT WE BUILT.
An offer owners can understand.
Product positioning and website copy connect a physical QR service tag to a familiar business need: making it easier for existing customers to request service again.
One connected experience.
The public website introduces the offer. Technician onboarding and a private team workspace support equipment setup. The homeowner scan flow connects that equipment to a service request.
A foundation for discovery.
Service-tag guides, search-focused pages, pricing copy, and outreach materials carry the same product story beyond the homepage.

THE PIECES, CONNECTED.
A product and public presence built around a clear interaction: tag the equipment, scan when help is needed, and send the request back to the service company.
